    Packaging was perfect. Came with everything that was advertised. The beans melt very nicely. The wax grabbed the hair very well and did not irritate my skin. Left a little residue but it was easy to clean by just patting the pulled dry wax over the residue. Left my skin so smooth and soft to the touch. I love this product!
