I have enough experience with waxing to say this is mediocre if that. I was excited to get this and try it asap. I let the wax heat up all day . When I went to wax I noticed it didn’t really have that honey consistency. Now I let this heat up on highest setting the entire time. I went straight for the brazilian since I wasn’t able to make my last appointment. As I am dipping in the wax and applying I’m noticing it hardens up pretty fast. So I do smaller sections..well now the wax in the pot seems to be cooling off. I replaced the top every single time to keep it heated . I don’t know if I got a dud or if it really isn’t meant to be high. I work in a spa and am also a cosmetologist so I know what I’m looking for in a wax pot. Unfortunately this is not it. I really had high hopes for it after all the positive reviews

It worked well for about an hour but then there was a pop and it shut off. I haven’t been able to get it to work since. I think I may have gotten a dud unit or it over heated being on so long? Not sure, but, when it was working it was great! The wax was easy to apply and the instructions for use were very clear. Based on the reviews I read about it before purchase I would try this brand again before trying another.
