It has a great manual that help you if you are a first time self waxed. The hard wax formula is phenomenal grabbed just about all my hair areas like my arm and legs were relatively painless. Areas like my under arms not so much but I expected that since my hair growth there grows in numerous directions and it is a area that is not very exposed.
