    The amount of products included in the kit is great, the warmer works well. The hard wax itself isn’t great, it didn’t grab my hair well, even using the pre-wax cleanser spray. I Had to repeat application of wax 2-3 times in the same places, on my both my arms, used a lot more wax than I think it should have. Will try using this wax several more times since I am new to this particular brand, maybe I’m just not used to this one. Eventually got the job done though.

    I really like the product because as soon as I got it I could already feel how good the quality of everything was. It is a very complete kit because it has more than everything I need. I also like how the wax warmer allows me choose the temperature and how the wax works with my skin and mom’s skin as well. It doesn’t break easily and it’s doing what it’s supposed to do.

    I am a licensed cosmetologist who wax people all the time with Gigi hard wax. This wax is different from what I have used. It has a honey/ gel wax consistency while working like a hard wax. Works amazing for the body and face; however, for the eyebrows it was okay. It was not as smooth on the eyebrow area as I would have like it to be. Overall, for the price and design of the machine this is a pretty good product, especially if you can’t go to the salon right now.
