    The product came very clean and secured. Wax beads were somewhat melted together because of the heat outside I would probably recommend somehow packing them in something to keep them cooled. However considering that waxing with beads for the first time this came with everything you would need. It’s a great product and I look forward to continuing using it for a good amount of time.

    When I first got this I was very happy with the purchase, the first use went smoothly, but the second time I tried to use it the machine turned itself off after 10min and would not heat up no latter what I tried. I was half way through a bikini wax and had to use the microwave for the rest so that I could finish. This was very disappointing. I am hoping that customer service will make it right.
