    It was perfect!!! However I have an allergy to lanolin so I was nervous to use the prep spray. So far it seems like the allergy only pertains to my hands. I waxed my facial hairs first and everything came out clean with a few stragglers. Product smells great and instructions are easy to follow.

    I love this so much more than the previous Sally Hansen wax warmer, but I have had one instance where despite course hair, the wax did not remove the hair. Despite that, this wax works so much better and is much less painful and difficult to remove than the prior brand I owned. It’s possible my skin was not clean/dry enough due to the weather being warm and bathroom being humid when the wax did not work. All in all very happy with my purchase!
