I really enjoyed how easy it was to use. In the instructions it tells you exactly how to use the product and to avoid burning yourself or having an allergic reaction to the product. I’m very happy that my first time waxing was with this kit because when I waxed my underarms I only did one direction, the wax got most of it but not all and I was confused so I went to the instructions book. In the book you can find and questions you have that have been answered by the company. So when I found my question I came to the realization, hair grows in different diractions, so I just have to do another strip of wax in the opposite direction. And sure enough all the hair was gone. I’ve very pleased with the product and would definitely recommend to first time waxers like myself.

The product came as promised, packaging was amazing, the machine itself looked great but when I put it on the highest heat setting the wax takes a long time to melt and there isn’t much heat. Idk if the machine or what. It simply doesn’t get really hot. Apart from that love the beads it’s not messy and easy to use
