The packaging was very nice! Using the wax was easy to understand and directions were extra clear. I appreciate the 1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty included with the purchase. It’s a product that I’m currently not 100% set on recommending yet due to the short time that I’ve owned it but if it continues like this for the foreseeable future, I do not see why I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone interested in waxing!

We tried this the moment we got home from work and after some time, we got the temperature right and was waxing away! Love the warmer and the dial settings. Also a big fan of the bar that you can scrap excess product off of spatula with. Would recommend the warmer for sure! New to the wax beads but getting the hang of it and we enjoyed the experience!
