    The product itself is good. I am not so much enjoying the hard wax. I hope it gets less painful, and that maybe I will learn the best way to do it, to get all the hair. It leaves a lot behind and I have to keep trying or use tweezers…on a lot of left behind hair.

    The heater wouldn’t melt my wax after several hours time. I left the wax to melt, with the pot turned up to the maximum temperature and after 3 hours, it still wasn’t melted enough to begin waxing. This product doesn’t work as promised.
