It’s very gently on the skin. I’ve never used this type of wax before but it was easy to use. Dried quickly and peeled off 99% of hairs.

Disappointed not everything came as described. The metal basket was missing, luckily I had a silicone replacement from my old hard wax machine. Also the box only had 2 bags of hard wax instead of the 4.
The machine takes longer than my old one to heat up the hard wax, something I will need to adjust to. But I really didn’t like that it took multiple (up to 4) times in the same location to get all the hair removed.
The liked the before and after spray that came with it, the after helped make sure all the wax came off. Also liked that it came with gloves, sticks and warmer rings.

So far, it’s been really easy to use. My only issue, and it might be because I’m not doing it right, is once I apply it to my skin it gets ready stringy. I also noticed it takes quite some time to melt the wax, but I can deal with it. Other than that, I love the product itself.
