I’m actually going to be contacting customer service. I don’t believe my wax warmer is working correctly. It will take an hour to melt a 3.5oz bag of wax on the highest setting, 240. And I have to keep it on that highest setting in order to be able to use the wax and it’s not as hot as it should be. So the wax isn’t working correctly.
