I purchased this product because out of the options on Amazon, it seemed the best in terms of functionality, and its relative size. However, upon using it, (I have waxes many times before) I found the wax difficult, it picked up maybe 1/5th of the hair on my own, (and others) skins. It’s a bit upsetting, because though purchased to go in place of shaving, we all still had to shave. Overall, I am going to continue to use the product in hopes that maybe it is a learning curve with this specific product. The wax was incredibly painful and 100% could not be ripped off of curved surface, including knees, chin, or elbow region. The wax had to be painful pulled off slowly.
