    Great product! Both wax warmer and the wax are fantastic, only thing is; using said products on self is time consuming haha also might be from a personal perspective but I break out when using on my face.

    As a begginer I was worried, however this is very easy to use and comes with all the instructions and products you will need for waxing. Its also more cheaper to wax at home with this product than to go to a salon.

    The first one that arrived from amazon did not have the inner pot (or the card to get to this site). It was my first time using a wax melting pot, so I didn’t know there needed to be a removeable pot. I had put the wax into the basin of the machine. I don’t know if that contributed to the failure, but while warming the device up for the second use, I heard a pop and smoke started coming from the bottom of the device. I unplugged it and kept watch over it while it cooled. I’m hoping this second machine will last much longer, as I did love the results from the first use. Whether or not I recommend it depends on how long the replacement device lasts.

    My machine won’t start sometimes. Some days it turns on some days it doesn’t. If It wasn’t for that then product would be amazing. I love the wax beads!
